For me this is the best pide ever in Turkey! I never taste any better pide than this Perfectly well done outside, the minced beef is well cooked, well seasoned, and juicy. Moreover the texture of the pide is soft and abit chewy (in good way). Definitely will come here again and again whenever we go to Bayramyeri. You guys must taste this seriously Bravo!
Hidden inside the Coppersmiths Corner (Bakircilar Carsisi) of Kaleiçi Bazaar in Denizli, one of the best if you like to taste good pide (Turkish pitta/pizza). Don't look around for any other place. Just go if you are in Denizli. Affordable prices, slow but friendly service. Serves only during lunch hours as an artisan eating place...
Nice place for a quick meal. It's all about pide, of course. No menu as far as I could see. The place is not close to any tourist spot (well, Denizli is hardly such a place), so you could get lost. Noone there speaks English so body gestures and a calculator to show numbers are your best friends. The pide was good (not the best I had in Turkey though). The price for one pide was 2 TL (as stated in front of the place) so I ordered one and when it came to paying they asked for 13 TL saying that 2 TL was the price for the pide itself and 11 TL for the ingredients on top of the pide... My advice is: you better check in advance. I still have some doubts. Anyways the price was very cheap all the same so I decided not to argue.
If you are nearby, you need to pide best (Dink of wood fired pizza made Turkish way and they have a nice oven operated by fresh wood;
