If you want good authentic Mexican cuisine, with great service and friendly staff, go to Mi Casa in Harlan, Iowa. Don't waste your time and money here. Terrible service, food was very moderate, and very slow service. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very good food, service can be a little slow at times depending on how busy it is at the time, good atmosphere for eating alone or having a nice meal with friends or family. Their menu was just revamped and it looks very good. One of the best dine in locations in Denison.

My friends and I visited this restaurant on a weekend around 4pm. It was not crowded. The servers seemed preoccupied with their own conversations and were not very attentive. The food was just okay, but the prices were higher than justified. The highlight of the meal was definitely the delicious chips, which were the best I have ever had at an American Mexican restaurant.

The service was quick but we received the wrong order. The waitress brought the check and hurried away before we could address the issue of our full plates. We paid and the cashier was apologetic, but we were disappointed with the experience and do not plan on returning.

I am giving this restaurant five stars for their amazing salsa! I had a great time and the food was delicious.
