They got the order wrong and refused to change it so we had to eat it and pay for it. Rude waitress who blamed the customer, had a smug on her face the whole time and who needs to be taught European manners.

The conce... read more Have choosen the Tempura Bar because of the good reviews at TripAdvisor. It is nice located in the center of Denia but not at the most crowded street. The concept is to offer spanish tapas, japanese tempura und american food, but evetything in an own style. The food we have ordered was good an a lot. Pricewise it is very good. Service was also very friendly but not very fast, But this is maybe normal for Spain. In total we had a nice dinner, with good food which is some different than the most other food you get.

We visited l... read more Such a shame that when we came to review this newish restaurant the last review was the one we gave in November on the last Ruta de Tapas de Dénia. We visited last night on the current Ruta and were equally impressed. The flavour of the dish last night was excellent, we will return !

Asked the waitor to surprise us with some tapas dishes and we received a great russian salad, tasty squid cake and excellent peruvian ceviche of sea bass. The kids got homemade chicken nuggets. Everything tasted great and was served very promptly. Very friendly waitor and great ambience! Highly recommended and we’re happy that we still have 15 days left of our vacation in Denia.

I had been to this restaurant before and had the Asiatic platter It included marinated salmon, courgette ribbons in a sesame dressing and tempura prawns etc Yes... read more I had been to this restaurant before and had the Asiatic platter It included marinated salmon, courgette ribbons in a sesame dressing and tempura prawns etc Yesterday Friday 8 February I returned and ordered the same but what arrived was a plate of deep fried dim sum and deep fried vegetables a complete mess I checked with the waitress that this really was the Asiatic plate and she confirmed it was although the large picture on the wall of the restaurant shows the dish I was expecting.I was so disappointed I will not return
