Give this place a wide berth. Restaurant Maitre d' should not be working in hospitality (beard/pony tail). Refused us a table when there were 20+ available. Absolute e. Clearly dislikes tourists and views them as beneath him. Not an asset to your business and destined to lose you covers

We eat here frequently and enjoy the al fresco dinning experience . The paella are the best in the area

This has been a firm favourite for many years and we love the views and food but this year they have lost all sense of customer service . The front of house was a rude lady with a real dislike for non Spanish customers. She actively disregarded our reservation which asked for a table beside the sand and paella marisco and gave us a table at the back and then claimed there was no paella ordered with the reservation. Interestingly on investigation of the reservation sheet later both were requested. We’ve gone every year since it opened and frankly this year left a sour taste in our mouth . The front of house were clueless and being managed by a person who actively was rude and dismissive. Real shame as the locarion is nice .

Estuve de vacaciones en Denia por pocos días y tan solo fuimos a tomar un café por la mañana lugar limpio y acogedor, la camarera muy amable, a resaltar su decoración y está en primera linea de playa
