Loved the food and the service. The staff was friendly and the prices were pleasing.
I have been going to El Rancho since I moved to Denham Springs back in 2008 and I frequent there once a week or twice a month til I moved away in July 2023 (and I cried too! lol). This place is consistently delicious and they have THE BEST chicken fajitas, enchiladas, and tamales. Their chilaquiles are too die for…their burritos ughhhh so good. Omggggg and don’t even get me started on the queso (with ground beef for me) or their bean dip… their bean dip is something else!! Really, I promise, everything is CONSISTENTLY good no matter if I go for lunch or late dinner. It’s always…JUST SO YUMMY. They also have THE BEST and I am not exaggerating…they have THE BEST TRES LECHES CAKE. I will die on this hill. If you go there and you don’t order this….you are only doing yourself a disservice. Once again, I will apologize for the lack of pictures. I’m new at leaving reviews but I promise I will update with pictures the next time I visit LA bc this is one of those places I always frequent when I am in town. Give it a try. It’s very conveniently located right off I-12 by the Bass Pro exit!!
Of the three El Rancho locations I’ve been to, this one is definitely the best. Food is consistently good, service is consistently excellent and fast, and prices are very reasonable.
