They have the BEST ice cream cones! This is one of the only Runzas where you actually get a great amount of good fresh ice cream. You get what you pay for and it’s delicious!! Great service and very happy kids!!! View all feedback.

This is the only Runza, anywhere I've ever been, that has been able to mess up a mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The fries weren't even salted. It was an on-the-run meal so I don't know if they would have fixed it, we didn't ask. View all feedback.

Burgers are always dry, especially spicy jack burger
Runza I’m Minden ne awful. Cold and we were early for the pickup and they can’t read. We really are doomed
Always great service and great food. They serve the best French fries.
So i ordered Swiss mushroom chicken sandwich combo, i asked for a fresh sandwich. Received my order the sandwich was warm and dry. I went up to front counter requested a fresh sandwich. The front counter guy came and drop my sandwich on the table and said here's your fresh sandwich. I was very taken back from the way he acted and was not happy about that at all.
