I had a great experience with the burger and chili; both were delicious. The staff were professional and attentive. I had lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
If you enjoy breakfast that is undercooked and served cold, then this is the perfect spot for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend going elsewhere. We ordered four breakfast combos, and every single one came with undercooked eggs and was ice cold. Save your money and choose a different restaurant. Overall rating: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
I then inquired about my own order, and to my surprise, she informed me that for mobile orders, I needed to go to the counter to let them know I had arrived. This information wasn't mentioned in the app, and it simply doesn't make sense—why would I place an order ahead of time only to wait in line? The staff member was extremely rude and unwilling to address my questions. Meanwhile, I noticed two cooks in the back slacking off and joking about customers. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The rest of the team was complaining about their lack of clarity regarding the situation while aimlessly wandering around. It felt as if they were all under some kind of influence. It's disheartening for the people of Demopolis to have to endure such poor service at their local Wendy's. I strongly advise against visiting this location. You'll thank me later.
When I tell you, I would never return to this Wendy’s ever again the customer service is a -0 from the cashier, taking the order over the speaker to the cook and the food out of the window very rudely never saying anything when I say the whole entire staff needs a lesson in customer service Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
