We ordered four breakfast combos, and every single one came with undercooked eggs and was ice cold. Save your money and choose a different restaurant. Th... read more I then inquired about my own order, and to my surprise, she informed me that for mobile orders, I needed to go to the counter to let them know I had arrived. This information wasn't mentioned in the app, and it simply doesn't make sense—why would I place an order ahead of time only to wait in line? The staff member was extremely rude and unwilling to address my questions. Meanwhile, I noticed two cooks in the back slacking off and joking about customers. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The rest of the team was complaining about their lack of clarity regarding the situation while aimlessly wandering around. It felt as if they were all under some kind of influence. It's disheartening for the people of Demopolis to have to endure such poor service at their local Wendy's. I strongly advise against visiting this location. You'll thank me later.
