I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5! I ordered a $5 Double Stack, and while the fries were a bit too salty and the burger was quite plain, I decided to call the restaurant. The manager, Ms. Cynt (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was incredibly helpful. She pulled me over to the second window and made sure I got a better burger and fries. When I tell you, I would never return to this Wendy’s ever again the customer service is a -0 from the cashier, taking the order over the speaker to the cook and the food out of the window very rudely never saying anything when I say the whole entire staff needs a lesson in customer service Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service with new employees. I asked a question about my total because it was slightly higher than usual and I get the same thing every time, I asked the girl and she proceeded to roll her big eyes at me over my question. So I would not recommend going there , Go to McDonald's instead . You all need home training and work training especially with your attitude it's ridiculous. Food: 4

AVOID THIS WENDY'S!!! One staff member was incredibly disrespectful. When my father politely requested a receipt, she rudely yelled, "Get this man his damn receipt so he can get out of my line!" She should have simply given us the receipt to begin with, yet she got upset over her own mistake. To make matters worse, she didn’t even retrieve the receipt herself; she ordered another employee to do it. I will definitely not be returning here again, no matter the circumstances.

That was such a thoughtful gesture from her! Every time I go through the Wendy's drive-thru, I see this same lovely lady who always greets me with a smile and is very friendly. Great job, Ms. Cynt! It's refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares. Keep up the great work, Wendy's!
