Sonic Drive-in - Demopolis
Sonic Drive-in
Description
A busy roadside Sonic struggles with inconsistent service and operational problems — malfunctioning drive‑in kiosks, a damaged menu board, long waits and occasional missing items — turning routine visits into frustrations. Food quality is uneven: some customers report melted shakes and cold sides, while others praise well-mixed slushes and notably friendly staff. With attentive employees capable of excellent service, this location shows promise but needs an organizational overhaul to match the brand's usual standards.

The service is quite slow. I really enjoy their drinks and food, but I hesitate to come here because it takes too long.
Food was just ok. Kiosk was not working right the menu board was in disrepair. Could not see part of the menu. They no longer have sonic blast even though it's on the menu. Probably my last time st sonic
I waited an hour for two medium milkshakes, and when they finally brought them out, they were melting all over the sides of the cups and there were no straws. I definitely won’t be returning until things improve; they won’t be getting another penny from me.
I ordered 2 drinks. A route 44 cherry limeade and a root beer float. It took me an hour to get my items. This is ridiculous. I would have left by had already paid for my items. I use to eat at Sonic but stop coming because of the long long long wait for getting my order taken at the menu board and it taking over 30 minutes to get my order brought to the car. I will not be back to Sonic.
