Not the first time! Pull up, press button, voice comes on to tell us “WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS”. I Ask when would they be taking orders. She answers “DONT KNOW”. No explanation. On other side of building there are several cars with orders. All the cars around me just threw their hands up and left. SEVERAL TIMES,I have sat there until red button timed out then left. Have even moved to other kiosk. Keep it up, Everyone... View all feedback.
It will be a Long, Long, Time before I visit Sonic Restaurant in Demopolis, AL.

They are too slow.. I love their drinks and food but I hate coming here because it takes too long
Waited an hour for two med shakes then they brought them ice cream running all down the side of the cup no straw I will not be back until it changes want get a black penny from me
I ordered 2 drinks. A route 44 cherry limeade and a root beer float. It took me an hour to get my items. This is ridiculous. I would have left by had already paid for my items. I use to eat at Sonic but stop coming because of the long long long wait for getting my order taken at the menu board and it taking over 30 minutes to get my order brought to the car. I will not be back to Sonic.
