Mcdonald's - Demopolis

Worst mcdonalds ever!!!! Very rude! They have know idea how to run a good restaurant! How are you out of coffee and dont alert anyone! Ridiculous. I will NEVER be back!

Grills are extremely nasty food is still on the grill from previous night no trash taken out bathroom are extremely fifty nobody washes their hands… New York Rats are in the kitchen jet black grease looks like snails are on the cooking utensil kids playing with the food cooks eating out of the food and serving it… grease traps running over n nobody is certified to cook and they only change grease twice a week hair is in the kitchen nobody were hair nets n workers get high in the parking lot…

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! The people that work here are the worst people. Can not get an order right. I buy a hot mocha from McDonalds once a day sometimes twice. I’ve been going in there for the past 3 weeks. I’ve gotten 2 orders correct. I’m paying 5.50 for a mocha and they don’t get it correct ever. Literally they have messed up over 75 dollars of my money on just coffee alone. I’ve been over charged by a manager ask for extra shot espresso and she charged me for a whole other drink. On top of that anyone that has a managers shirt on is rude as hell to customers and other employees. I can’t understand how they have jobs. The owners must not care as long as they’re making . I’m not from the area and when I mentioned it to co-workers from the area they said “Yea, we don’t go there we drive the 30 minutes to Livingston. That place is horrible your order is never correct.” Bottom line I’m out over 75 and I know when they see this the managers will put it on other employees. The managers are the ones making my drink and taking my order. It’s been every part of the day drive thru and walking in it’s all the same. Only thing I’ve gotten correct is a McChicken

After ordering and sitting in line 15 minutes we were told our order could not be filled because the machines were down this is an common occurrence at all McDonald's. Wait time s always horrible.
