Every time we use our app, they never have the food ready on time even tho it shows it’s ready.. we end up waiting another 15mins or more…. then they don’t have something we ordered.. View all feedback.
Had three employees lookstraight at me while I was standing at the counter all 3 turned and acted like no customer was there. So I left .
Update: This place has become the worst. Wanted a sandwich; no filets, wanted fries; no fries. The cashier acted as if we were burdens and had an poor attitude. The young man preparing the orders is the only reason this place got one star. Will never go to this place again.Old review from 5 years ago: The remodel is fantastic. Very friendly staff.

It doesn't matter where I go. My order is never right.
It has been a while since I ate at a KFC, and it didn't seem as good as I remembered. I might go again, but it will be sometime down the road.
