I order from this restaurant almost daily, but 3 out of 5 times they have forgotten to include the avocado in my order. When I call to address the issue, no one answers the phone or it sounds like a fax number. I don't have time to go to the restaurant in person, so I usually end up ordering online through my mobile phone. I have also had a negative experience with their customer service when they were rude and unhelpful when I asked them to verify my phone number. Despite these issues, I appreciate Sergio who is a friendly and hardworking employee. Overall, I have been disappointed with the service and quality of the food, especially in a small town where quality should be a top priority.
I asked about Mozzarella cheese slices and for regular cheese and I expected the charge for the extra cheese, but they charge me $3,19 for the mozzarella on the sandwich if I have never been loaded so much. it was on the tuna sandwich that she hardly gave me anything from the crushed, so I didn't have a cheese choice in the round and had to pay for it. So, they didn't tell me until I was ready to pay, that's an extra $3,19 I need that for gas I'm going through the city to get to arizona and they were rude. the young man, who prepared the rest of my sandwiches, well packed and cut, said much luck with her breakfast and I asked him if he talked to me, and I thought he might talk to himself, to speak to someone else, but he basically did not answer me and I had to ask him again what if that was to me and asked him why he would say that was very good day and it was very time for me and it was time for me. that was really rude that I wasn't there like the people who were evil. they should have told me before the time that they would charge me $3.19 for extra cheese, which is absolutely ridiculous, because I didn't even get a cheese choice for my sandwich, which we have always got a cheese choice at the subway so that they reconciled me in the round. I would never return to this place again.
The food was good. service less than sufficient...sandwich manufacturers was upset, I did not ask for cookies as part of my meal. better service would have been if he asked before he continued to ring my meal, and he had the opportunity to say well it is my inventory number to the other worker. he had a posture all the time while he ordered as if I were an inconvenience for him.
