I stopped by about an hour ago, around 2 or 2:30 PM, and ordered some subs through the app. They were ready when I arrived, which definitely deserves a five-star rating instead of the previous four. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the refills were a nice touch. It’s a great spot, especially since it’s practically located inside Walmart. I can't get enough of their meatball sub! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
I give five stars to the hardworking staff, but unfortunately, the bread is not up to par! While the price for a footlong is $8.50, the reality is quite different. My half was barely 5 inches, which is far from the expected half of 12 inches. Perhaps the measurements are off? I used to really enjoy Subway, but it's starting to disappoint. There’s simply not enough bread to hold all the ingredients, resulting in less... View all feedback.
Associate didn't put cheese on the new mozza meat sub because it wasn't on the receipt but neither were the meats on the receipt. Very rude when I called to ask about it. She told me to call the company. Which I did. Just to let you know when you order on the app it doesn't give you the choice to add or delete cheese. Subway should let their associates know this.
Someone’s got to be kidding me. It is advertised that it was open until 10am. The lady working decided to close an hour early?!?!?! How is this even acceptable? I was in Walmart earlier and we didn’t plan on getting dinner at that time and she was cleaning before 9pm. Thought it was strange but didn’t think anything of it, it looked like nothing was inside when we walked out at of Walmart at 8:48pm. We went to the other subway down the street as it’s closer to our hotel and they ran out of a lot of things. So we went back to subway in Walmart because they had told us they should be open until 10pm. We got there at 9:07 and she had pulled the gate closed. The Walmart employee told me she told the person before us and before 9:00 that subway was closed and she’s not going to be served. That’s ridiculous. I’d be very curious how she managed to close the store early? Yet alone is probably the manager. Does she even get paid until 10pm? So disappointed.
Will not be back. Ordered on app. Arrive at location. They don't have order. Manager tells me to go to other subway when I used their address. Other subway does not have my order. Wouldn't even look at my app receipt, email, or pending credit card charge. Used app for 15% off. But had to reorder at store. Would not give me the 15% for this order. Have to contact corporate company to get resolved. Will not use nor recommend the app or the local subway at 422 W Pine St. Horrible service and does not care about customer's. Never been made to feel like I was crazy for making an order they could not find.
Very very rude kid works at this Subway on Saturday afternoon. You never start arguing with customers, never. Someone has to teach him customer service relationship. His comments and body language were very hostile. He thinks customer is like cattle and wants to process them as quickly as possible. I will never go back.
Worst subway experience I have ever had. The person making our sandwiches was so slow, that wasn’t the problem though, he was very rude and when I asked for a cup of water he blew up and said read the sign. The sign said only paying customers can receive a free cup of water with purchase. I bought a foot long, and chips. I asked to see the manager, and she was no where in sight. Then he called her and she said we could not get a water cup. Never in my life have I been refused a cup of water. The person making our sandwich’s name was Julian. Went to a Walmart manager and they told us they didn’t associate with subway and that I would have to call the corporate number. I will be calling just so you know.
