I knew the quality and... read more I just moved here and I was very happy to find the best KFC I?ve had in years. I?m from northern Arizona and there are 2 KFC?s we go to. I knew the quality and the size of the chicken pieces had gone downhill and my meal in Deming proved that. My chickenfrom the Deming KFC was large and juicy and had the best flavor I?ve had in years. The service was also friendly. Thank you tothe owner and workers for showing that quality matters

I mainly gave 4 stars because I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and only received 4 tenders. I was already on the road again by time I realized I was missing a tender. All other orders were correct. The lady, Destiny that took our order waskind and helpful. Another staff member that ran out to give an order to someone in the drive through even stopped to make smalltalk about the windy weather was kind as well.

She didn't greet us at all, but she did welcome other cu... read more The young woman named Paulina who was in charge of the front counter was unprofessional and quite rude. She didn't greet us at all, but she did welcome other customers who came in after us. When we tried to place additional orders, she walked away not just once, but twice! Additionally, she didn't wear gloves while handling the food. She left the counter without acknowledging us or letting us know that she would be back. Overall, we were very disappointed with the customer service provided by Paulina.

After living in northern Arizona, where I frequently visited two KFC locations, I noticed a decline in the quality and size of the chicken portions. However, my visit to the KFC in Deming was a welcome surprise. The chicken was large, juicy, and incredibly flavorful—truly the best I've had in a long time. The staff were also very friendly. A big thank you to the owner and team for proving that quality truly matters!

There a... read more We were really in the mood for some KFC, but upon arriving just before 9 PM, we were informed that they were closed. Why do you close early on a Friday? There are travelers passing through! I've realized one thing during this trip: it's best not to stop in Deming, NM.
