We usually come here for breakfast and absolut... read more Yesterday, we arrived at around 8:00 at the restaurant and unfortunately, Janet, the shop manager, was not there. We usually come here for breakfast and absolutely love it, as it offers a dining experience that is a step above Burger King and McDonald's. However, there were some issues with our order last night - some items were missing and others that we did not request were included. This never happens when Janet is on duty. Despite this, the team took care of the situation and Janet personally ensured that our meals were replaced promptly. We appreciate her excellent customer service. The restaurant is always clean, the staff are friendly, and we understand that it can be challenging to maintain quality during these times of Covid. Keep up the good work, and God bless.
