Mcdonald's - Deltona

What a sweat! had a big frit and a middle frit...both the same amount of cheeky! and it wasn't even as if they wanted to hide it! the half of the big box was empty, which corresponds to the same amount as the medium. what a sweat! they avoid this place as much as possible. will not be coming back!

We waited 15 minutes, which is good, but then we got sour sweet tea. we asked for koks, and the cash bank did not answer and went away, they came back and said they would not prefer it. the pommes were cold as soon as we got them. eating was dry and moderate.

An employee was there to expedite placing our order at the kiosk. Great help! The order was correct and the food tasted great. The menu was fresh and had many specials.

Stopped here on my way back home to Mississippi . Had to pull into a curbside to go spot. Due to a special request on my food. I didn't mind, bc I wasn't n a hurry to go home ? Vacay was too short, even tho it was a long wknd with my son ? for a baby shower for my nxt granddaughter ?

3 sets of retired couples waited more than 50 minutes for their food inside this Mc Donald's to take home. The manager on duty was very rude because I ask 3 x's went are going to get our food..? She said. I heard you three times ...in a sarcastic voice. She set a very poor case of customer service and her crew was listening to her. All 3 couples agreed not to come back to Mc Donald's at this location. My family attends this store 3 to 4 times per week.... If this mgr cannot handle the heat at this location she should be put in a slower preforming store. I have 43 years of management experience and I would never allow employees to be disrespectful.
