It feels like they're not willing to put in the effort to prepare the wraps, regardless of when I visit. I've tried going on different days and at various times between 12 PM and 7 PM, but it appears that the staff just isn't motivated to make them.

However, in recent months, I've noticed a decline in overall quality. My experiences have become quite inconsistent. On my latest visits, my orders have frequently been wrong, the service has been sluggish, and the staff hasn't been especially friendly.

I've been through the drive-thru several ti... read more This is undoubtedly the worst Tim Hortons location in all of British Columbia. They consistently get my order wrong. I've been through the drive-thru several times and requested a dark roast, but I always end up with a regular roast instead. It feels like the staff either can't read English or don't care about accuracy. I even returned to let them know about the mistake, but the attitude I got in response was awful. If you're unhappy in your job, that's your issue, not the customers'.
