At which time, I asked his coworker if this was normal it is not), she replied it could be his sandwich. He then proceeds to unwrap other sandwiches and place them in the oven. I got back to work and my sandwich is missing cheese on one area! Beware when ordering through mobile app! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I used to love ordering from here , but the past few months they been really messing up, especially on Saturday. 3 times now, One of my drinks was all cream, th... read more I used to love ordering from here , but the past few months they been really messing up, especially on Saturday. 3 times now, One of my drinks was all cream, they forgot the espresso, I don 't think that is acceptable at all considering they charge you an arm and a leg for these artisan made coffees. The past few times I ordered, I was missing entire beverages from my order. . . I give up on this location. Management needs to overhaul their staff. The food service industry has really gone down hill the past decade. Not just here but lots of other places as well. Disappointing.

I purposely noted the last car in the drive through line when I walked in the door. It was a red SUV. While I was waiting insidefor my drink to be made the red SUV pulled off from the window with their order. Hmmm... How does that work? I ordered waybefore them and they still leave with their order first. This is the trillionth time this has happened at this location and I'mjust done with it.
