My problem was that whatever gi... read more The experience and service I had was literally horrible.So let me first just say that their food is great. It taste really good. My problem was that whatever girl that was the taking orders spot when I went there needs to be trained on how todo her job customer service again.So I order over the phone at 3:30p 3 pieces of fish. (That 's it! No sides no meal. Just 3 fried fish) lady said it be ready In 20 mins. I get to bobby chez at 4:50p. There was a line to the door. I wait in line and it took 20-30mins to get to the front of it. I tell the girl I 'm picking up for my name since she asked what name. She tells me it 's not ready. I look at my phone for the time and its 4:20p I looked at her confused and said what do you mean it 's not ready . She says it 's not ready I said I ordered this over an hr ago what are you guys going to the Atlantic city ocean to go get it. She said we are very busy today so your just going have to wait. I said so when is it going to be ready bcus I just standed in this line for 30 mins for food I ordered 1.5hrs ago. The girl try to take the next customer but I said no um excuse me lil girl. You need to explain why my food is not ready or get your manager or something because this is unacceptable. The girl act like I was being a rude customer but come to find out the other girl that was supposedly training at the register was doing a better job than the girl that was handling me because she over heard that I just ordered 3 pieces of fish and said oh that was done over an hour ago I looked at the girl that try to say my food wasn 't ready and said oh it 's not ready yet huh!. So the mystery as to why I was told my food was not ready yet it was sitting right on top of the shelf is mind blowing. It was that moment I did go off in bobby chez but not a single staff or customer said anything and let me rant because EVERYONE witness how I was told over 4 times my food was not ready and how the girl just tried to by pass helping me and went to the next customer since the she was telling me my order was not ready when MY ORDER WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF.Made me late to work for this foolishness.Nobody even apologized.. they just rung me up quietly because they knew they was in the wrong .She probably does not even work there anymore but because of that experience..I no longer will order or set foot in there.Literally unfuckingg believable.

There are booths and tables but the place is very untid... read more I stopped by for lunch today. The food was very good. The atmosphere is more liking to a take-out place. There are booths and tables but the place is very untidy. The floor had not been sweeped. The fountain drinks were flat and there was no ice. My food came in a to go container. When I order I did specify dinning in. The staff spent the entire time I was there on a facetime video chat with someone while at the front counter. I heard most of their personal conversations.I will not be returning to this location there are to many other options.

Even though I live closer to the Cherry Hill store I always go out of my way to go to the Delran location because Emily is the BEST!! She’s always so helpful and courteous even when they are busy. She runs a tight ship. Very efficient and keeps the line moving, always with a smile. You’re very fortunate to have her representing your company
