Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken - Delphos

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, the chicken I ordered was undercooked, which completely ruined my appetite. I've never had a bad experience with undercooked food at any Lee's before, but this one in Delphos did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning.

Divine Chix is a fantastic alternative to larger chains like KFC—seriously! Their chicken is always fresh and delicious. I've visited twice in just one week! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with a side and a soda for $7.13. It was tasty, although I personally found it wasn't spicy enough; I understand they need to cater to a wide audience as a chef. The customer service was excellent, and I even managed to ride my bicycle through the drive-thru, which is something I've never seen in Fort Lauderdale! Overall, it's great value with good food, and I plan to return many times before I leave. Thank you for bringing your chain to Delphos!

I ordered the family meal deal for $44, but when I got home, I realized there were no biscuits included. We called the restaurant, and the staff told us to come back for the biscuits. My wife went back, but she was told that they were too close to closing time to make more biscuits, so they offered her some rolls instead. I called again to express my frustration, and the manager was very argumentative. However, he did confirm that we were on the list for the biscuits. Today, we called again to follow up, and the manager was once again confrontational. It shouldn't be that difficult to simply apologize, assure us that our biscuits will be ready, and offer some sort of compensation, like a coupon. Overall, the customer service was terrible.
