For appetizers, we chose the prosciutto burrata ($20) and immediately knew we were in for a treat. It was absolutely fantastic, and I have no complaints; I highly recommend ordering it. For my main course, I had the chicken francese served with pasta. The sauce was excellent, and I made sure to use my last piece of bread to soak it all up. The chicken was well-seasoned and a generous portion. My partner opted for the eggplant parmesan, which he devoured entirely, so I’d say he enjoyed it as well. While the prices aren’t available online, our meals were in the higher $20 range each, and our wines were $15 per glass with satisfying pours. The service was very good; we felt well looked after and were never left waiting, even amidst the busyness of the restaurant. My only critique, which is why I’m giving four stars, is the ambiance. The restaurant was quite packed and the noise level was overwhelming at times, with tables too close together, making it feel as though we were sharing our meal with our neighbors. Additionally, we noticed a chef slicing prosciutto right in the dining area, which felt a little odd. We were quite close to him at one point and made eye contact, but he didn’t engage with guests, leaving me puzzled about the purpose of this somewhat awkward interaction. Is there not enough room in the kitchen? Haha. We were too full for dessert, but we will definitely return for a special night out!

The staff was extremely accommodating, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the Halibut special, which isn't listed among the dishes we liked.
A top choice in the Capital Region!
Excellent and quaint gem of a neighborhood Italian restaurant. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Food was excellent, flavorful , and carefully prepared. Definitely will recommend and go back.
