I did this again this time by reading a review of the previous Sunday of the palm trees that has baffled me and assure you nothing more misleading. Glad I trusted the feeling I had when booking for Monday of Pasquetta I spoke to Raffaele, the owner. I was immediately struck by the freshness of his voice and his availability. The enthusiasm for what he does and his passion were present in all the dishes of the menu. Beautiful and fresh dishes. Valued raw materials. Give them appetizers to dessert. The service organized impeccably with mastery by Yoana, who directed the waiters as an orchestra conductor, work not easy since the club was complete. The professionalism is at home. No but really no negative notes.
