I wished I had some extr... read more I'm a native Texan and Humo reminded me of home. The brisket was excellent and so was the porchetta. The service was fast and friendly. I wished I had some extra time at lunch to get in a round on darts with my friend but maybe next time. If I ever need a fix of Texas BBQ while I'm in San Salvador, this is where I will go!
