Dunkin' - Delavan

--- Just a heads up – they close at 8:00 PM, not 8:30 PM. On November 17, 2020, I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:53 PM and was told they were closing "right now," even though their posted hours say they close at 9:00 PM. I had enough time to run next door to McDonald's for a coffee before Dunkin' even closed. Regarding my experiences at this Dunkin', I’ve noticed that the staff often either wear their masks under their chins or not at all. About every other time I get coffee here, I end up with half a tablespoon of coffee grounds in my drink. On lucky days, I even get more grounds than coffee! Additionally, the food is frequently burnt; and when it's not burnt, it often arrives nearly frozen. I’ve also experienced them closing early on multiple occasions. One time, I arrived at 9:48 PM, and although they claim to close at 10:00 PM, they told me they weren’t making anything else. I really don’t understand how this place stays in business with such service. I’m very disappointed—save your time and money and just go to Starbucks or make your coffee at home for a much better experience.

This is the Dunkin' we visit almost every week. The staff members are typically very friendly. However, I've noticed that the drink consistency is a bit lacking. One weekend, our drinks are spot on, and the next weekend they don't taste quite as good. We love our Dunkin' and will definitely continue our weekend tradition, but I just wish they could be a bit more consistent with the beverages.

The lobby was still closed at 7:45 AM. We had to use the drive-thru, and my frozen coffee was not prepared correctly. Unfortunately, it was too late to address the issue since we were leaving town. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience this time.

Everytime I'm there, there's a male worker who is always throwing an attitude, like a child. I waited 5 mins at the counter, wasn't even acknowledged, and was rudely rang up, like I inconvenienced them by taking their attention away from the drive thru.The male employee, who I have witnessed in the past rudely talk to customers in drive thru, will then talk about them behindtheir backs to the other employees. My coffee was made wrong, and was frankly disgusting, wasn't even what I ordered, althoughthe tag said the right drink...didn't even call to complain, I wouldn't get anywhere with the rude employee anyways.

It?s honestly a hit or miss with this one either it?s really good or milk water, no in-between, but I find when it?s not busy it?s usually good and when it is busy your gonna get bad coffee. Also whoever made my iced mocha cappuccino on 9/11/22 at like6:50 am honestly the best/fastest Dunkin? Donuts coffee I?ve ever gotten.
