The staff appeared to be goofing off behind the counter, which resulted in poor service and a lack of professionalism overall. However, I've noticed some improvements recently.

The hash browns didn’t have the right taste... read more I visited this restaurant with my nieces, and unfortunately, the food seemed like it was all cooked in the same pan. The hash browns didn’t have the right taste, and when we requested a new batch, they were still the same. I also asked for a lot of sugar in my coffee, but didn’t receive any. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I can't say that I would recommend it.

When I went back to requ... read more This restaurant is a complete disappointment. It took 10 minutes just to take my order and another 10 minutes to receive a burnt bagel. When I went back to request a refund, there wasn’t even a manager on duty. I was told, “Sorry, the person who can help you is in the back right now.” It's unbelievable that this place is allowed to operate this way. I’ve never written a review before, but this experience definitely warranted one.

Unfortunately, the hot coff... read more I have never had a correct order and the coffee always taste like garbage. I was so excited to have a Dunkin close to me in Delavan. Unfortunately, the hot coffee is always cold, it’s the wrong order or taste like absolute garbage. My wife and I joke every time I say… I’ll give them one more chance and end up throwing the nasty coffee away and going to Starbucks. I’d rather drink Dunkin it’s just Delavan Dunkin is the absolute worst.
