I waited at the counter for five minutes without any acknowle... read more Every time I visit Dunkin', there's a male employee who consistently displays a childish attitude. I waited at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgment and was then rung up rudely, as if I was interrupting their focus on the drive-thru. This same employee, whom I've seen speak disrespectfully to customers in the drive-thru before, also talks about them behind their backs to other staff members. My coffee was made incorrectly and tasted awful—it wasn't even what I ordered, despite the tag showing the right drink. I didn't bother calling to complain because I doubt dealing with this rude employee would have led to any resolution. The Dunkin' menu might be appealing, but the customer service seriously needs improvement.

I’ve noticed that when it’s not busy, the coffee is usually good, but during busy times, it tends to be bad. On 9/11/22 around 6:50 am, whoever made my iced mocha cappuccino served the best and fastest Dunkin’ coffee I've ever had.

However, I've noticed some inconsistency with the drinks from their menu. One weekend, they taste perfect, and the next, the flavor seems off. We love Dunkin' and will definitely continue our weekend tradition, but I wish the beverages were more consistent.

The hash browns didn’t have the right taste, and when we requested a new batch, they were still the same. I also asked for a lot of sugar in my coffee, but didn’t receive any. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I can't say that I would recommend it.
