Subway - Delavan
Subway
Description
A recent visit to a local Subway revealed a mixture of enthusiasm and disappointment. While the menu offered the allure of enticing deals, such as BOGO promotions, patrons discovered that local stores did not honor these advertising campaigns, along with inconsistent availability of popular sides. Service also varied, with reports of both outstanding staff and unprofessional behavior. Although the restaurant maintained a decent level of cleanliness, many felt that some employees lacked essential customer service skills. Amidst the struggles, a few team members stood out for their helpfulness, hinting at the potential for improvement in this fast-casual setting.

Great menu and food. Subway in general have stores that seem kind of grungy but clean enough. This facility does not accept coupons because they lose money. Unfortunately, that is the name of the game in food and retail stores. You have to spend some to make some through add on sales.
I walked in and sat at a table to take a call. When I was finished with my call I went up to the counter. I could see the cashier doing something with the register and after 5 minutes I asked her how long she was going to be. Well that set her off only for her to say... Are you kidding me right now? You sat at that table talking on the phone very loudly for 15 minutes and you have the nerve to ask me how long I 'm going to be! I said nothing and walked out. I 'm not sure who owns this particular Subway but you need to teach the employees better customer service.
