Italian BK Royal Crispy Chicken Meal was missing, and 9 Pc. Chicken Fries were overcooked

The restaurant was out of chicken and did not offer me any alternative options. The driver provided better assistance than the staff at the restaurant.

I ordered a large Whopper Meal, and while the Whopper and fries were both fantastic, I ended up getting a medium drink instead of a large.
