Burger King - DeLand

Made an online order. Went to drive thru, told my name, was told to go to second window. At the window they didn't have my order. Tried to give me someone else's meal. Told me to pull up and wait. After 8 minutes decided to go in. Was told it was only 2 minutes, which I strongly disputed. After waiting for an additional. Chicken sandwiches were not hoy amount of time, was given my order. .

15 minute wait at the window for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 value fries. No straws. No apologize for the ridiculous wait. Laziness and poor customer service and communication. People want $15 an hour but can?t even offer an apology for poor service.

Recently moved back to the area, so we thought why not lets give the drive thru a shot and see what they truely deserve. We cant complain bc were the 4th car back the lined moved smoothly for fast food. We ordered our food and Veroica was super professional nice. We got our order it was on point. The Manager was busting his tail working several positions bc of low staff and some walking out. He amazed me bc he was still smiling and had a positive outlook. Our food was great, fresh and as we ordered it. I would give a 10 for all this team had to do to keep Burger King going at this point. Yall are rock stars and I definitely will be a local.. Keep doing well Lewis and doing the best you can in any situation!!

Disappointing. I was looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich after work and this what I got. I give up on this place. It?s always something. Seems like no one ever cares in there.

Just so everybody knows "burgers 4 breakfast" doesnt exist here its a scam
