Reviews summary
Prime One offers a mixed dining experience with a range of positives and negatives. While some diners were left disappointed by overcooked steaks and limited menu choices, others were impressed by the quality of food. The ambiance was generally praised, with some guests enjoying the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. However, concerns were raised regarding small portion sizes and slow kitchen service on busy nights. Overall, Prime One seems to have a loyal following of customers who appreciate the excellent food, service, and atmosphere, despite some areas that may need improvement.

I like the atmosphere. Very loud on a Saturday evening. The portions were small. I had the cod. It was delicious, but small. After dinner we sat outside by the fireplace. Very cozy and relaxing. View all feedback.
What Lucio Wunsch dislikes about PrimeOne:
We ordered our steaks medium and they were both over cooked. We did not like that all the sides were an extra charge. Ambiance was and service good, but we will not be back, food was not worth the very high bill. View all feedback.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, with outstanding staff, a wonderful ambiance, and thoughtful, fresh, and inventive food. I can't wait to go back for the vegetable gnocchi.
We recently ate at Silvester and found the service for both wine and food to be quite slow. Our server, a charming young man, did his best to accommodate us. The kitchen was also slow, resulting in good but not outstanding food at a fairly high price.
For our anniversary celebration, we decided to dine at Prime One and were delighted to find that the town was hosting Halloween festivities. Although I found the Brussels sprout soup to be a bit too salty, my steak was cooked perfectly. Our server, Austin, was very knowledgeable and provided prompt service. We definitely plan on coming back again.
On Mother's Day the menu was ridiculously limited with very small portioned and expensive choices. The chicken dish, 2 of the people in our party ordered, was not enough to feed a child!!The facility is great-servcie good, but they need to get their choices expanded, even on a non-holiday it is limited.
The food was fairly well prepared with acceptable presentation. The hostess was accommodating when we requested to sit outside at one of the 'fire pit tables . However, the service was SEVERELY sub par; We had a long wait for EVERYTHING, drinks, salad, main dish (the steak sat way too long before it finally got to our table)... All Zootopia sloth DMV slow. The price was Ritz Carlton, but the service was Dennys. Overall the experience was completely blown by the wait staff.
