However, the app wouldn’t let her check in because it thought she wasn’t at the location, showing her at home instead due to location services. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have our order and refused to give me the food despite having the order code. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they said the supervisor told them to deny my order. Then, they abruptly refused to continue speaking with me. I was upset, understandably, but this is unacceptable— they took our money and didn’t offer a refund or any solution. I work in food service, and this experience was completely unprofessional. This situation needs to be fixed immediately.

There have been occasions when I decided not to stop because of the lengthy lines. It’s disappointing, and it seems to be due to understaffing. While the wait is somewhat understandable, waiting over 20 minutes just to get food or a drink can be frustrating.

The woman who hands out the food—a shorter lady with dark hair—is one of the most delightful people I've ever encountered. Her smile genuinely brightens my day. Every morning, she greets me with a cheerful "Happy Monday" (or Tuesday, etc.). I don’t know her name, but I eagerly look forward to seeing her each day. Thank you for your infectious energy and smile; it’s such a wonderful way to kick off the morning!

Unfortunatel... read more I have to say that the morning staff at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. They are polite, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, visiting in the afternoon or evening feels like a completely different experience. I've faced issues like missing items, being charged for things I didn't order, and even getting the wrong orders altogether. After accidentally receiving someone else's order, I called to sort it out, only to be told that a refund couldn't be processed. Instead, I was advised to mention the manager's name for a complimentary meal as compensation. However, upon my next visit, I was informed that they don't offer that and that I would need a physical meal voucher. There's clearly a significant communication problem here. Tonight, I arrived at the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing but didn't receive any response. After waiting nearly 5 minutes, I decided to leave. As I drove away, I saw the woman in the drive-thru ignoring me while she was on her phone. Overall, if you're planning to visit this restaurant, I recommend going during breakfast hours—the morning staff really knows how to take care of their customers!
