Quick and easy experience with friendly staff. I drove all the way from 1 Burger Short and unfortunately broke my own rule of checking the order at the window. Two hours later, I found out I couldn't get a refund of $2.69 without the manager's approval, who wasn’t available. They do accept replacement burgers, but I think they need to pay more attention to orders and improve their refund procedures. View all feedback.
