As for mine, I was struggling to suck up chunks of banana, ice, cashews, and dates through my straw (or they were stuck at the end). I ended up tossing the last quarter of my smoothie because there was no liquid left, just a bunch of chunks. They used to be thick, creamy, and satisfying, but they’ve definitely changed. I’m really bummed and will be looking for another place to get smoothies from now on. I would have gone back to request a new smoothie or ask for it to be blended again, but the line was long and the service was painfully slow with only two staff members handling a lot of orders. I had already waited a significant amount of time, and I couldn't wait any longer. On a positive note, the young staff behind the counter were very polite and professional, which I appreciated.

"Yes, it's a bit expensive, but this is Del Mar after all. Without a doubt, the blueberry Popeye is my favorite smoothie of all time. If you pair it with their peanut butter cookie, you'll be amazed at how delicious gluten-free can actually taste!"

The quality can vary significantly depending on who is working. For instance, the fresh-squeezed orange juice is sometimes excellent, but other times it’s made using a juicer that includes some rind and bits of peel.

This is for wasting my time with inaccurate business hours both online and literally on the door of the store. It reads Mon-Sun 8AM- 6PM. Got there at 5 PM, door is locked and employees act surprised and dismissive. I have had their bowl and it was actually good enough to go back. But waste my time and be rude about it? Well I will be damned to spend a dollar here. P.S: you can buy back my loyalty with $50 of store credit
