I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. They offer build-your-own bowls with a variety of vegan ingredients, such as falafel, lentils, and vegetables. While the service model seems promising, it is not always efficient. The line can be slow-moving at times, and even when pre-ordering for a specific time slot, there is still a wait. Super delicious and fresh! I had the harrissa avocado bowl and it was so good. Alex was friendly and helped me pick toppings that would pair well with my bowl. Don't forget to get some of the pita chips. They are warm and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I will definitely be back. Thanks Alex for bringing our fresh chips to the table!
This was our second visit to Cava. Our first visit over 1 1/2 years ago was horrible so we thought we would give it another go. Good thing we did. The food was delicious. All 3 of us had different entrees and all 3 of us were very pleased with the freshness of the food and the flavor of the food. I particularly want to point out how wonderful the Spicy Falafel is. I rarely like anyone's falafel but this is outstanding. Will definitely come back for it. The restaurant was relatively clean. The prices are what you expect for the area we were in. I would have given 5 stars but this is my biggest fail for most people, customer service. The staff seemed bored out of their minds when helping you. I get it. I worked fast food but you have to plaster a smile on and get through the day. It was a big red flag from our first visit as well. But other than that this was a great dinning experience.
Food is seasoned well and most items are very fresh. Toppings are nice but your limited to how many you can choose which to me isn't that good of a deal. I want everything I can get when I go to places and that's what I expect from these chipotle style restaurants. Price is fair but definitely could be cheaper as to what I just mentioned about the toppings. Overall good place to take yourself once in awhile don't see myself eating here that often.Last thing to metion was the staff isn't the best I was going in for the first time and needed a rundown of how the bowls and pitas work, and I was met with a lazy response and felt like I was being rushed when I was the only one in there.
Great service. Awesome drinks. Thankful to show my friends and family such a great establishment. drew is the best. Seriously
