To be clear, the staff member present was doing her best, but the real issue stems from the owner's decision to have too few employees. There was only one woman responsible for both food preparation and service, and there was no one on hand to take orders in person—only a complicated screen that was not user-friendly. Unfortunately, the owner didn't pass on any savings from the reduced staffing to customers; combo meals were priced between $10 and $14, which is quite high for typical fast food. To make matters worse, I had to wait over 25 minutes after placing my order to receive my food due to the staffing shortage. Overall, this was one of the worst systems I’ve experienced in quite a while.

It used to be a place where you could enter, encounter a smiling face, and enjoy a conversation; now, it feels quite different. Although I understand that the new approach may improve operations, it ultimately falls short if it doesn't create an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to return.

There was only one woman working hard to prepare and serve food as quickly as possible. There was no one available to take orders in person—just a difficult-to-navigate screen. Furthermore, the owner did not pass on any savings from reduced staffing to the customers, as combo meals were priced between $10 and $14 for standard fast food. I also experienced a wait of over 25 minutes after placing my order, entirely due to the lack of staff. Overall, this was one of the worst service systems I’ve encountered.
