What User doesn't like about Jimmy Thai/ramen Time:
Thai food is one of my favorites! Today, I was highly disappointed by the poor customer service and my chicken Pad Thai. The appetizers were fine, however, the chicken Pad Thai tasted like old burnt oil. The texture of the chicken was rubbery. The water bottle that was given was already open. Best Thai food in all of Chicagoland! The service was amazing and even though the restaurant was packed, we were seated quickly. Food and drinks came very quickly even while busy, and everything was cooked to perfection! The food was amazing, and I personally recommend the ramen, thai fried rice, and fried tofu?. Everything about Jimmy Thai is amazing, and I would give it 6/5 stars if I could! View all feedback.
