When I order drive through they never have donuts. So I decided to enter the Cafe, tons of them inside. Service is sucks there, the guy was mean and used the tissues unproperly,so he touched the donuts all over. As soon as we left, he sat at one of the tables, probably we disturbed him,so he got mad.
Horrible tasting donuts for this location, constantly get your order wrong and then give you attitude like it's your fault.
This DD is close to hotel I was staying at so I went to get breakfast. I ordered 2 hash browns, 1 glazed donut and 1 chocolate donut. I got up to the window to pay and the young man with curly hair confirmed my order. As I’m giving him my order, he closes the drive thru window in my face. So I thought maybe it was an accident. I paid and when he gave me my order, I noticed that half of my order was missing. So I attempted to get his attention again and he rudely closed the door in my face again. I wasn’t rude to him at all. I had to go into the store and asked for a manager. Apparently, there was no manager available. I ended up getting a full refund and took my business elsewhere. I will not be back to Dunkin’. Rude employees won’t cut it.’
Must be the best Dunkin Donuts location in the area. For eight months, I ordered iced coffee (they use the perfect mixture) and a cinnamon raisin bagel (toasted w/ shmear) via drive thru every morning before work. The line has never progressed in an unsatisfactory manner. The women who work the windows couldn’t be more professional. Their intercom audio is always clear. I even recall them decorating for Halloween the past few years. Just moments ago, I entered the line, ordered right away, and had the iced coffee in hand in under 20 seconds. Outstanding!
When ever i order 80 percent they do wrong order and when i call them thay said i order what they give no sorry no nothing 3rd class service
