My fiancé and I went to Carson's at 4:00 pm. There a single table with 2 customers. The host sat us behind the cash register and we were completely forgotten. After quite some time, I asked a female bartender (black curly hair) if she could please get us a server and she completely ignored us. Had a lovely early dinner yesterday! We ate at the main bar. Both Cailey and Michael were extremely attentive!!!! Our food was delicious!!! Will definitely be back!!!

My sister and I went yesterday afternoon. The ambience was great: service was terrific; house dressing, cole slaw and au gratin potatoes still were great. I recently made a reservation for my party of 6 to celebrate a family members birthday. I have been a customer of Carson's since the 70's when we would visit the Skokie restaurant frequently for special occasions.
