What J doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
They shorted our entire meal. Left my wife with just rice to eat, I had ni beans in my tropichop. Customer service is a joke offered me $13 after spoiling our dinner. Spent $40! On effing fast food and they can’t even handle getting the order right. Don’t eat here unless you want to get shorted on your meal and not get your money back. View all feedback.

Absolute NO! Drive thru service was horrible. The guy standing outside looks pissed that he has to take orders. Maybe reevaluate this.
