At home. Food is extremely good. Finger lick chicken is baked for perfection. Had a pineapple too... The disadvantage of this Pollo Tropical is that it is underaffected for the demand of its site. I waited about 40-45 minutes for my food. View all feedback.

I have to say their ads look so much better than the food you get! Both items we ordered were very different than the pictures inside on the counter when ordering. The new wings? Forget it, they're pigeons! My order was waiting for an article. When I mentioned it, they offered to replace everything. They did it, they took it behind the front counter, put it in a new basket and brought it back. I'm done with them! View all feedback.
Healthy fresh extremely tasty menu, probably something you never had or was a long time. In less than one minute drive made to order and cheaper meals than McDonald's. I cannot see that this is not a frequent repeater. Best culinary experience in a while at half a fast food place. Crazy.
My wife likes it, so we stopped. Very clean. Staff are politely professional. She enjoyed it. I came home BBQ some hot dogs with homemade onions!

If only the food at Pollo Tropical wasn't so good. I would NEVER return to this place. What a bad service that man who attends the drive-thru because I mentioned that I wasn't listening to him, he yelled at me terribly, not to mention the cashier when she charged me, they don't have any education. very bad service
I ordered a platter of steak chumichurri and I got burn chicken platter...they always are busy being distracted and usually making mistakes. And the worst part I ALWAYS FORGOT TO DON'T COME BACK to this place (maybe cuz I am starving after job). Also..I almost forgot this. The guy outside taking the orders was wearing a pants showing his underwear (I think they call it saggy pants)..sooo disturbing and uncomfortable. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY!
