I didn't decide to order the sushi, but decided to go on a meeress meal. young was such a mistake. seafood dish was overcooked and overpriced for what was served. miso suppe was dark not the clear broth as most Japanese restaurants would serve. it was, the suppe, better than the main meal. but overall my experience in this restaurant was bad. that's the worse Japanese restaurant I've ever been. just a few days before... The sushi chef's dream car is the Rolls Royce. Sushi is a very exclusive dining experience. It is not like fast food, not like a hot dog, not like fries. It is considered high-class cuisine in Japan. Nobu Matsuhisa runs a good restaurant with friendly staff and a vast menu to choose from. The waiting time was reasonable and the fish was fresh. My family enjoyed the meal and we will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
