This place was on my list for so long so you can anticipate the excitement when I finally got there. I was in vegan world. I was not disappointed at all, I bought so much food that my brain got confused and I couldn't eat them all off. I ate it for leftovers though . Really satisfied with the experience. What a pleasant discovery in the Deerfield community! I’m not the one to eat vegan but after a long bike ride and overly busy local hamburger joints, we decided to eat in this hidden gem.Absolutely delicious impossible burger! It was so good, I dare say it was better than any regular burger I ever had. So juicy and full of flavor! It’s crazy.My brother also really enjoyed the chicken parmigiana. Definitely going to eat here next time I’m in the area!
This place is a diamond in the rough. You pull into a small parking lot in front of the restaurant, then open the door to a hidden restaurant/kava bar/beer wine/coffee house with very welcoming customer service. All of the food is deliciously vegan. I had a rare problem when ordering--I couldn't decide which entree to get because there are so many vegan choices available! My friendly server Kat, who was very pleasant, informative, and thoughtful, helped me decide. I've gotten a vegan Rueben at many places, but the Rueben at Pauseitively Vegan is THE BEST! My friend I shared the empanadas (which I don't usually care for too much, but I tried this one and I really liked it)! I was so impressed with the taste, quality, and amount of food provided, when I saw the chef (Keith) walk by I stopped him and gave my compliments. This is a place I'm going to go back to for dinner and/or after dinner for coffee or one of their specialty drinks!

Delicious! The mac and cheese was amazing! Our server was amazing and made great conversation.
Omg! I was not disappointed, the food was so delicious. I ordered a breakfast burrito but I saw one of the waiters having this breakfast crunch wrap and they convinced me to have it. Its a new item to their new menu and lets just say I was in flavor town. My bartender Melvin was so nice I didn't even feel like I was eating alone. I will definitely be back for seconds. Oh and the price is right I go to some vegan restaurants and its super expensive with basic food.
