This drive-thru is filthy and the young blonde lady at the window was unkempt and provided poor service. That being said, the coffee order was accurate.
Every morning they have to lock the door because they can't keep up with the orders. I placed a pick-up order at 7:38 am and 20 minutes later they still hadn't started making it. This happens every week - they really need to hire more staff.
They don't answer the phones. The employees at the drive-thru are rude, down right nasty. There is no one to complain to. Attitudes are ridiculous. If I could give the 0 I would 1 star I'd too nice.
I am not one to usually complain, but I feel that it is necessary in this case. I have never encountered such a poorly managed restaurant before. Despite there being 7 to 8 staff members on duty, I was ignored for 10 minutes before even making eye contact with anyone. The cursing and childish behavior behind the counter was unacceptable. There were arguments between staff members, and the manager seemed unconcerned and did not intervene. The quality of the food and beverages matched the poor service. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. I will not be returning as a customer.
The lack of customer service at this restaurant is inexplicable. Two days ago, I waited 24 minutes in line just to get an iced tea. Today, when I went inside, I was the only customer there with seven employees behind the counter. Despite this, no one acknowledged me as they continued to chat and work. Even when I approached the pick-up window, no one greeted me. Finally, someone asked what I was there to pick up, but I had to explain that I was there to place an order because no one had noticed me. The manager simply said they had seen me come in. I would recommend avoiding this location.
