Starbucks - Deer Park

As other starbucks, this outlet too serves good coffee and great food options.

Ordered a Stawberry Acai Lemonade. When we picked up the drink it was just pink wirh no strawberries. We inquired why does it look different than the picture and no stawberries and was told it takes the same. Really? $7 for a drink and it's not what's advertised but pay full price and you want to debate the request for a refund? Where's the professionalism? Tell the client we don't have strawberries when they are ordering not after they complain and try to brush it off when the customer sees it and says something.

The drinks were ok but we asked for some items and one of the workers was giving us way too much attitude. There was a drink that I usually get hot, but she told me that they only made it COLD. She had dyed hair with bangs to the side. I didn’t appreciate the attitude she gave me and my kids. -10/10. Never went back.

A nice Starbucks location in Deer Park Tanger Outlets Mall. Coming here to get coffee during my mall trips is easy and the coffee tastes fresh. Staff is nice.

I go to a different Starbucks regularly, and I am always charged the same price for my refresher at all other Starbucks. However, this store charged me a whole $1 more for the same drink. I noted that the drink price was cheaper on the board listed behind register. The employee said the manager just hasn't had a chance to change the prices yet. However, the fact that they charged me more than what was advertised in the store is not only wrong, it is also illegal. Won't return to this store as they charge more than all other stores. Disappointed.
