I came to the Deer Park location for the first time ever this past hot Sunday to pick up my $65 online app order of German Chokolate Kake, Berry Berry Berry Good and Surrender to Strawberry! My order was promptly ready when I arrived and courteously handed to me by 1 of their very nice and professional employees! The interior was very clean and organized--and packed with happy customers! What Bruce B doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
wish I would have been able to eat ice cream cake from them again but I couldn't order over phone with credit card and it had to be ordered online. So we called another place they took our credit card over phone and we ordered it and it was $20 cheaper remember five stars are usually friends and family to bring Star level up cake was good last time wish they would have took my order over the phone View all feedback.
Ice cream tasted bad. My cookie dough ice cream had no cookie dough in it. Gross AF!!!!

Ice cream is nice, but the staff look like they hate their work. A little rude and indifferent to the customer attitude. The tables were dirty
If you want amazing ice cream and good costumer servís then come to cold stone. I have been coming here for years and every time I come it is a amazing experienc.
Always a pleasure to stop at this wonderful neighborhood Dairy . The owners and staff are so attentive to great customer service and so friendly!!
