Momofuku Seiobo - Dee Why

With heavy rains and floods everywhere, me and the boys needed a nice night out. The star was great, very accommodating, lots of tables. I wish they had more war games tables, there was literally only one. We went on a Saturday night. Parking was hectic, staff were quick, smooth and easy. Security was nice and tight. All the machines were working fine. The water feature is a nice touch, the music was perfect, the atmosphere is great. The elevators were busy and constantly very slow for some reason. The food options are too few, I'd expect at least 5-6 restaurants inside a casino of this size. (Considering how bad the one in there was). The bar service was extremely slow. We already had a seating problem, topped off by waiting about 15min to simply order a drink was a bit annoying.

This venue has a lot to offer. It features a variety of meals, as well as poker machines, roulette, and blackjack, among other gaming options. There are multiple dining options and accommodations available at competitive prices. Members can enjoy car draws and the chance to win free meals and stays just for their loyalty. The atmosphere is comfortable, with air conditioning and soft lighting that is easy on the eyes. It's the perfect place for a weekend visit. The staff is respectful and attentive to your needs.

For my wife, it was extremely and extraordinarily excellent!! From upon our arrival and being met by Karlie, our overnight stay was made even better by the rooms that we were upgraded to. Whilst, I had to attend an event in Sydney that night, my wife was able to take in pretty much ALL that The Star had to offer!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable staff from 'check-in ' and again at 'check-out '. We certainly hope to visit Sydney again soon and when we do, then The Star will be our preferred place to stay. Thanks so much to The Star.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! We visited for our birthdays and were treated like royalty. The lovely Helena at the front desk kindly upgraded our room. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was breathtaking. We will definitely be back—hopefully soon! Thank you!

Great service, lovely rooms. They really go the extra mile for their guests. More than happy to recommend the suite we had in the Star Grand residences. Parking on site. Great views, good gym and pool. Comfortable bed. Only wish they provided a dedicated breakfast place. Otherwise outstanding. Thank you star .
