If they d... read more Food is fantastic, they are pretty quick, has a true 50’s feel. Excellent fried dough, yummy benedicts. I do wish they served mimosas and **** mary’s. If they did I would probably come here all the time. Parking lot is tiny, you most likely will end up in the whole foods parking lot, and there is always a wait/line out the door.

After read... read more Was in this area for a couple nights. I like trying local diners in aim of more authentic food. Big food chains breakfast is just too commercialized. After reading the Google reviews, and being closer to our hotel , we decided to try this. We saw aline out front and said well that should be a good sign. You wait in line until you get seated no they don't take names They also don't seat you until all in your party is there Guess I understand where they're coming from . It took about 5minutes could be a little more before our server came to even say hi and or get drink orders. We ordered our food since bythe time she came we had already decided.. The food didn't take long to get to us and our server just seemed to be in roboticmode doing her job- not real pleasantries or such..was just going through the motions .. not once did she come by our table tocheck in..didnt see her again until it was time for the check..yes the restaurant was busy , but she passed by our table severaltimes made us felt neglected as if we didn't existed or she didn't care much for black ppl but was just doing her job Shekinda just popped the check down on the table . Her service clearly didn't deserve an ounce of tip but since its customary forus to do so , we left the $3 change .. this was the first time we felt sorry for leaving a tip.. She only deserved herpaycheck but no tip sadly. The food was ok, but nothing to rave over . I had the eggs Benedict And my husband the hash brownomelette . This is popular local place , but maybe it's for something other than we had...it's ok not worth a long wait inline for in my opinion. Clean atmosphere, cash only but atm inside. If you like a tall glass of juice , then good deal for theaverage price . If there was a half star rating , I'd give 2.5

In-person, they're super fast preparing meals. Two of us had omelettes that were both fluffy and filled with fresh veggies. It'snice to have options for sides, other than potatoes. My nephew ordered a Belgian waffle and said it was delicious. As always,friendly, professional and efficient staff. Grateful to still have this diner around! P.S. it's a cash-only restaurant
