when going out for ice, I am usually limited to the 1 or 2 fertilized sorbet options on the menu, but with JP-Lucks there are several vegan and milk-free options clearly on the menu with the w for vegan and df for milk- and several gluten-free as well as marked. very exciting! I went with a coconut-mandel flavor and had turned it into a frappy with mandelmilch. delicious! View all feedback.
What C doesn't like about J.p. Licks:
There was two girls working tonight at 9:15 on February 19th the other girl was just okay. The two girls when i simply asked if they were doing soft serve gave me such attitude saying they are cleaning it in a way that they expected me to know that. obviously i didn't know since i asked. honestly just awful customer service. Sirena at this location is PHENOMENAL! One of the most understanding and considerate employee at your location! I called about an allergy and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me the service I needed as someone with celiac. I cannot express how helpful this is to someone that worries their allergy isn’t taken as an allergy, but more of a preference. She went out of her way to make sure everything was labeled and bagged separately WITH notes included to reassure me. You don’t find employees this understanding and kind. As a restaurant manager myself, I have much respect for this business and Sirena deserves a raise!!! Very satisfied customer, Lexie
Best deserts in Legacy place! Awesome service, super friendly. They have amazing flavors of ice cream, including classics and soft serve sugar free chocolate- small is around $6. The ice cream cakes are delicious and very artistic. Small starts around $30. Kiara is always friendly and professional and fast. Gio, the manager, has very good recommendations and is very nice.The team is very positive and I typically leave a 15% to 20% tip. Also, they they feature local artists work. They also have organic coffee drinks.
It was so tasty! I don’t think it deserves a full 5 stars, but I will be returning.
First I will say that their treats are very delicious. No complaint there. The first time the service was great. They went that extra mile and provided a nice sleeve with the smoothie so I brought my wife the same day to order the same thing. The person serving me was fantastic and has positive energy. I kindly asked him for a sleeve but was unable to find one so he consulted with a short heavy set lady (who I assumed was the manager/supervisor) who rudely verbalized her discontent in front of all the other customers. It was a bit embarrassing. It’s unfortunate that this establishment puts such a simpleton in charge. Could have dealt with the simple request in many other ways. Her public shaming of my request was super unprofessional and definitely unnecessary.
