The woman at the counter messed up my order right in front of me and was rude when I mentioned that it should have been number 10. To make matters worse, there was a guy in the restaurant who went behind the counter and started making his own sandwich after scratching his head the entire time.

When I got home, not only was an entire sandwich missing, but every single sandwich was made incorrectly. My wife called to report the issue, but the employee was very rude and even hung up on her, thinking she was raising her voice. We were extremely upset since we couldn’t feed our children at that time. My wife called again this morning and spoke to the manager, who was also very rude. It was disappointing to see that the saying "the customer is always right" no longer seems to apply.

The food was okay, and considering there were six customers in line, the service was about what you'd expect. We appreciated having a coupon since the price of their new subs is quite steep for fast food.

It's fast, the food is delicious, and I occasionally run into an old friend from Decorah (although that's only happened once). I give it 5 stars!
