HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My wife ordered online for our family, I went to go pick up the food. I come home and not only were we missing a entire sandwich EVERY single sandwich was made WRONG!! My wife called to tell them about it and the employee was VERYRUDE and hung up on me because she thought I was raising my voice ! I typically stop here on my way down to visiting Dubuque from the Twin Cities. It's quick, the food is good, and I sometimes see an old Decorah pal (this has only happened once). 5 stars from me!
Only one guy was working. He was overwhelmed during a rush. The food was fine and his service was a good as you can expect with 6 customers in line. We were glad we had a coupon the price of their new subs is very pricey for fast food.
Very disappointed. Servers where very friendly. Bread was extremely hard and out of many products.
