Terrible experience with Subway! My wife placed an online order for our family, and I went to pick it up. When I got home, not only was an entire sandwich missing, but every single sandwich was made incorrectly. My wife called to report the issue, but the employee was very rude and even hung up on her, thinking she was raising her voice. We were extremely upset since we couldn’t feed our children at that time. My wife called again this morning and spoke to the manager, who was also very rude. It was disappointing to see that the saying "the customer is always right" no longer seems to apply.
There was only one employee on duty, and he seemed overwhelmed during the busy rush. The food was okay, and considering there were six customers in line, the service was about what you'd expect. We appreciated having a coupon since the price of their new subs is quite steep for fast food.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were very friendly, but the bread was extremely hard and many items were out of stock.
I would rate this place poorly if I could. The woman at the counter messed up my order right in front of me and was rude when I mentioned that it should have been number 10. To make matters worse, there was a guy in the restaurant who went behind the counter and started making his own sandwich after scratching his head the entire time.
