They have raffles on Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as Saturday nights. They also have a $13.90 steak night on Thursdays where you can get a free dessert.

When you're in need of a quick meal on a hectic day, a pub is always a reliable choice. The D Bay Tavern is a typical pub with standard offerings. The schnitzel is tasty, although a tad oily. The fish is decent, but the steak tends to be tough and chewy. Overall, the atmosphere is usually bustling and somewhat noisy, and cleanliness is lacking. However, if you're looking for a convenient spot to grab a meal before hitting the shops or on a leisurely weekend, it'll suffice. Just barely.

My wife and I had heard from several locals about the delicious steak night at Deception Bay Bowls Club on Thursday nights, so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that along with a great steak, they also provide a free dessert. We enjoyed it so much that we brought some friends with us on Friday night, and everyone was pleased with the tasty and diverse menu options at affordable prices.

From the moment entering this unassuming exterior, this restaurant has nailed it from atmosphere to terrific staff to amazing food and margaritas.
